Which plan type applies to you?

Owner Only is for sole proprietors, single-member LLCs, or businesses where no non-owner employees will participate in the plan.

Owner + Employees is for businesses with W-2 staff who may be eligible for the plan, triggering federal nondiscrimination testing requirements.
